How are your gourmet food items shipped?
All Mackenzie Limited orders are shipped in heavy-duty styrofoam coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure your food arrives in perfect condition and at the proper temperature.
Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
Yes, during checkout you can select a future delivery date. This is a popular option for holidays, birthdays, and special events to ensure your gift arrives exactly when needed.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
We take great pride in our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receipt, and we will make it right through a replacement or refund.
Will my order include preparation instructions?
Absolutely. Every item we sell includes detailed thawing and preparation instructions on the packaging so you can achieve professional-grade results at home.
What should I do if my order arrives thawed?
Some items may begin to thaw during transit. As long as the food is cool to the touch (below 40°F), it is safe to consume or place in the freezer. If the product is warm, please contact us immediately.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, though additional charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
